Today, Texas Tech announced one of the most exciting non conference series in the history of this program: a home and home with the Oregon Ducks.
#TexasTech, Oregon agree to non-conference series beginning in 2023.

The Ducks will come to Lubbock first in 2023 and then go to Autzen to play in the zoo in 2024.
Oregon has one of the most potent offenses in college football, so who knows what is going to happen by then. Regardless, this is going to be a premiere matchup for the Red Raiders in a few years. Kliff Kingsbury has a very good chance of sticking around, and I expect the Ducks to tread water under Helfrich.
This is the most exciting non-conference matchup in recent history. The history of the Arkansas game has some merit, but Oregon is on a different tier than Arkansas. There’s no history here, just two teams that will hopefully be very good at this point in time duking it out.
