SCOUTING REPORT | The interesting thing here is that Polite-Bray had two vastly different 40-yard dash times. A 4.8 or so and a 4.5. Pretty big difference between the two. In the RRS article introducing every player, they said that he was a 200m state champion. I think he's closer to the latter than the former.

I don't think that you have 20 minutes of senior highlights without having some skins on the wall. He does just make plays. A lot of plays. Seems like he is waiting on the ball quite a bit. That usually means you're waiting on the throw. He's a dangerous punt returner. He does have pretty good ball skills and he does make plenty of plays. He has a pretty good idea of where he is on the field, whether it is in the corner of the endzone or the sideline. He's also not afraid not to over the middle. I like that.

D.J., welcome to Texas Tech and Git Your Guns Up!
