Jakeem Grant, Texas Tech's all-time leading receiver, has finally found an NFL home with the Dolphins.
Teams have had questions about Jakeem Grant's size from the beginning, but any questions about his ability were erased after he arguably ran a 4.1 40 yard dash during Texas Tech's pro day. Due to his size, he's considered a long shot, but I don't think that anyone can argue against Jakeem Grant's ability.
Grant will be remembered for his insane speed and his game-breaking plays. Seriously, every time he touched the football he was a threat to take it all the way to the house. He returned a kickoff for a touchdown on nearly every single team in the conference. He shook very good cornerbacks out of their shoes. He completely took over the 2015 OSU game for a half. There were times when he blew straight past NFL caliber defensive backs. Jakeem Grant will be missed at Texas Tech, but he will do great things in the NFL.
