I've mentioned Jackson a couple of times as a possible target (here and here) and he's apparently committed to Texas Tech today. Jackson was previously committed to Purdue and there was a pretty decent list of schools after Jackson, including Pitt, Purdue, Kansas State, Cincinnati and Wichita State. Jackson averaged about 10 PPG, 3.1 RPG and 1.5 APG last year in JUCO and if you want to catch up on what type of player he is, RantSports and JCOnline. The JCOnline article says that Jackson will have three years of eligibility remaining. That's good.
