Defensive Coordinators poll

As you may know, we have been having a merry go round of Defensive coordinators for quiet a while. Now that we have a possible DC target in Gibbs, The UH intern head coach, this makes another DC coach in the many that we have had. How long will he stay here? Will he be here for 2 or 3 years and leave to another opportunity or will he stay here for a while? How much better will he make our defense? Do we really need another Defensive coordinator or are we better off with leaving Mike Smith at DC? These are the many questions that can be discussed. We know that Mike Smith could use a few years to learn from a experienced coach but what are the costs with recruits with having yet another guy come in and who might leave in just a year or two. The main reason for me taking the time to write this post is to find out who thinks its a good idea to hire another coordinator and who thinks we should leave Smith in as DC. So im gonna leave a poll at the bottom and feel free to comment and vote.
