Hyder gets another sack and a Red Raider makes an impact in Greece

Kerry Hyder - DE (Detroit Lions)

The Lions crept into the #2 seed in the NFC with a 20-17 win over Chicago, helped by Hyder’s 8th sack of the season, the only one the Lions had this week. After the game, Kerry spoke about the Lions as they win another close game.

Other Red Raiders in the NFL

  • Michael Crabtree (WR) was held to just 21 yards as the Chiefs beat Oakland for the 2nd time this season. DeAndre Washington was held off the stat sheet and has just a single touch for 0 yeards in the past 2 games.
  • Cody Davis and Bradley Marquez may be seeing some changes as head coach Jeff Fisher was relieved of his duties on Monday. Both were a non-factor in the 42-14 loss to Atlanta.
  • Jakeem Grant was also stat-less this week in the Dolphins win over the Cardinals in what was a quiet week overall for Red Raiders in the NFL

Toddrick Gotcher

Gotcher signed with ASA Koroivos Amaliadas, a team in the top basketball league in Greece for this season. In an 87-76 win, Toddrick had a double-double, with 29 points and 10 rebounds.
