The Red Raiders lose their highest rated commit.
Collin Wilder is no longer committed to Texas Tech. He was the highest rank commit to Tech from 2016 up to this point. He was a Rivals 4-star commit and 17th ranked safety in the 2016 class.
Now the 2016 class consists of 4 offensive commits and 0 defensive commits which even in April seems odd knowing that we need a ton of help on the defensive side of the ball. It is going to be interesting to see how this class shakes out come February. Still got a long way to go.
