PREVIEW
WHAT TO EXPECT | I don't know what to think of Oklahoma St. Travis Ford has had a couple of years to get his guys together and they've had success the past couple of years. Perhaps the loss of James Anderson is hurting more than I thought it would. And if you take a look at the Four Factors, Oklahoma St. and Texas Tech are relatively equal teams. Texas Tech shoots slightly better while Oklahoma St. is a slightly better offensive rebounding team and does shoot free throws at a higher rate. And maybe that's the problem is that OSU doesn't really have an identity. Per KenPom, the Cowboys are about in the top third in the country on offense and defense (eFG%), but not dominant at one or the other. Last year, OSU was in the top 30 in the country in eFG%, in large part by led by Anderson. Right now, there doesn't appear to be a go-to guy for Oklahoma St.
KEY MATCHUPS | I think the one guy that you worry about is Moses, but I also think that Texas Tech has the size to keep up with him. The problem is that Moses is 255 and I tend to worry about whether or not Roberts can handle Moses inside. Singletary might be the best matchup here and try Roberts on Olukemi defensively. Roberson should have the upper-hand against Paige, although Paige isn't a slouch and he does play pesky defense and stays in front of his man.
