Tuesday Morning Notes

I've got a new poll up. Make sure and vote, how does Tech fare in the NCAA Tournament?

NCAA Tournament:

Make sure and check out the opponent, Eagle In Atlanta, a Boston College Blog.

For those of you stuck at work and need to follow online, check out March Madness On Demand.

SI columnist Luke Winn previews the East Region and fails to mention Tech, but considers BC overrated. Jeff Goodman of FoxSports also believes the Eagles are overrated. ESPN's Andy Katz also previews the East Region. Katz breaks down the Red Raiders and gives insight like no other columnist:

The Red Raiders lean on Jarrius Jackson as much as Sparty relies on Neitzel. He needs more help for the Red Raiders to get past the Eagles.

Thanks Andy, what would we do without you.

Deadspin is all up in Tech's mix, in a good way, and yes, you need to check out the awesome mixes of The Jam Man.

LAJ's Jeff Walker details the history of playing in Winston Salem.

Ever have a question about what game is going to be on television, try Couchville. This just might come in handy during tournament, or you can go to Sportsline. For those of us in the DFW area, DMN's Todd Davis breaks down the televised games.

Texas Tech Baseball:

The scheduled baseball game with TCU has been postponed due to the rain in Lubboock with no makeup date scheduled.

Tech will be on television for the following games: Nebraska, Texas A&M, Kansas and Oklahoma State.

Our good friends over at Corn Nation have prepared their weekly feature, Big 12 Baseball Week Review.
