The College Baseball Foundation announced the 2008 Brooks Wallace Player of the Year Award Watch List. Texas Tech's very own Roger Kieschnick was named to the list along with a number of fine players.
For those of you who don't know, Brooks Wallace, played baseball for Texas Tech from 1977 until 1980, became an assistant coach at Texas Tech, and died of cancer at the all too young age of 27.
