The Red Raiders absolutely had to win the game tonight in order to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive and win is what they did. I could not be prouder of the way this team responded tonight after such a heartbreaking loss to KU just two days ago. Tech has five conference games to go and I believe they need to go 4-1, but 3-2 could get it done.

Game Notes:
- Niem Stevenson had 21 points tonight. I like to think he has finally finished acclimating to division one basketball and is going to continue his great play.
- Keenan Evans led the team once again with 23 points. Evans has to maintain this offensive production over the final five conference games.
- Tech was 30 for 43 (68.9%) from the free throw line. Missing 13 free throws at home is terrible, but luckily it did not play a factor tonight.
Next up the Red Raiders will travel to play West Virginia on Saturday at 1:00.
