DMN's Brad Townsend wrote a really good article on Coach Knight and the current (Smith) and former (Rupp) all-time victory leaders.
Knight is only 6 wins away from breaking the record and I really believe that the most important thing to him now is not the record, but how his team is playing. If I can see all of the deficiencies, I know that he can. I have to believe that the last thing that he wants is for this current team to be unrepresentative of Coach Knight basketball. I think this team can get better, but much of this team's success will depend upon its ability to get good to great production from the guards and decent play from the post players.
