Travis Bruffy is now the fourth Red Raider to enter the NFL following the 2020 Draft. Bruffy, a second-team All-Big 12 player, will have an opportunity to protect quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The Packers just drafted Jordan Love from Utah State with their first round pick. Love, like Bruffy, was coached by Texas Tech HC Matt Wells.

Bruffy was a team captain for Texas Tech the past 2 seasons. He made All-Big 12 honorable mention the 2 seasons prior to his senior campaign. He was a critical part of an offensive line that did a great job of protecting the quarterback. He will compete for a spot on one of the best offensive lines in football.
