Going into the season, it was widely understood Keke Coutee was going to be the focal point of the offense.
Three games in, it’s safe to say we were correct in that assumption. The junior wide receiver posted another huge performance on Saturday, catching 11 passes for 161 yards and a score. In a relatively low-scoring game, that was enough to earn him Viva The Matadors Offensive Player of the Week.
