Viva The Matadors is looking to bring on a new site manager, as current management will be departing to pursue other opportunities.
In addition to regularly writing, the site manager is responsible for editing and scheduling the work of other contributors, sharing work on social media, setting up an editorial schedule, recruiting other contributors, and handling the administrative backend of the site. Those who have strong organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of social media, along with a passion for writing, will do well in this position.
Previous publishing experience isn’t required, although it is helpful. Successful site managers not only have great writing skills, but are organized, thoughtful, and can manager others. This is a part-time, contractor, paid position.
