From All Texas Tech Fans, Thank You Patrick Mahomes

As we all know, Patrick Mahomes declared for the NFL draft earlier this week, ending his career as a Red Raider. We’re all happy for him to have this opportunity, and because of everything he gave to this university I don’t think anyone is bitter about the decision.

In all honesty, Texas Tech probably didn’t deserve Patrick Mahomes. He played through injuries for the duration of almost the entire 2015 and 2016 seasons; injuries most guys don’t try to play through. I just wish Mahomes, as talented as he was, had the chance to play for a Big 12 title or pull off a huge upset in front of a packed Jones AT&T Stadium.

Anyway, one of our readers made this video to thank Pat for all the excellent plays he made as a Red Raider. It should also be noted that he was an Academic All-American as well. Check it out to re-live some of the most amazing memories Mahomes provided Tech fans (and there were many).
