On January 27th, Davis Webb committed to Colorado as a graduate transfer. However, Webb never signed his National Letter of Intent, which allowed him to shop around other schools while remaining a verbal graduate transfer commit to Colorado. Now, it seems that Davis Webb is headed to the West Coast.
Have been able to confirm former Texas Tech QB Davis Webb will not be transferring to #CUBuffs like he originally planned. He is Cal bound.

Webb started multiple games for the Red Raiders in 2013 and 2014 before catching the injury bug. He will be remembered for his 2013 Holiday Bowl upset of top-10 ranked Arizona State, a game where he threw for over 400 yards.
Davis Webb will join former Texas Tech offensive coordinator Sonny Dykes at Cal, and will step into the Air Raid offense the Golden Bears run with plenty of experience under his belt.
Good luck Davis, we're all pulling for you.
