Terrence Shannon Jr. isn’t going anywhere.
Texas Tech just got a huge boost to the 2021-22 basketball roster. Terrence Shannon Jr. will return to an already loaded Tech roster. Shannon has officially backed out of the NBA draft and will be in Lubbock for at least one more year.
This should almost surely solidify Tech as a top 5 team in the Big 12 next season. Shannon brings the star power that this team might’ve lacked.
Shannon averaged 12.9 points along with 4 rebounds and 1 assist last season. He will look to make a huge jump this year to boost his stock for next years draft.
After losing the likes of Mac McClung and head coach Chris Beard, we weren’t sure where this team would be going into next season, now we have a great idea of what type of team this will be. Mark Adams and co. have gotten us back on track, and Tech fans can look forward to an exciting season.
