There will be a new Red Raider stepping into the arena next season. 2019 3-star Combo Guard Clarence Nadolny has committed to the Red Raiders. This leaves only one scholarship for Coach Beard to use on a number of players that have made visits including Stephen F. Austin’s T.J. Holyfield, Texas A&M’s Admon Gilder, and another graduate transfer from Vanderbilt.

Nadolny is a 6-3 guard out of Scotland, Pennsylvania. He is originally from Paris, France and would fit well on a team with a couple of other international players such as Davide Moretti from Italy, Andrei Sarasov from Russia, and Josh Mballa who is also from France.
I couldn’t find too much in the way of stats for this guy, but what I did find is that he is a really good scorer and distributor of the ball and will be able to take over running Coach Beard’s offense in a couple of seasons. He needs to bulk up and bit and get better of the defensive side of the ball which is okay at this point because the two things that Beard and his staff do on an elite level are make players stronger and get them to an elite level on the defensive end.
Ball movement by the @scotland_hoops squad was on point... Clarence Nadolny @C_nad11 to Jordan Jones for a basket. @Coach_Chaney has the foundation in place for a very successful 2018-2019 season and beyond. Very impressive wins thus far! Fun to watch! I’m not entirely sure how much playing time this kid will get this season. He fits well in a backup point guard role but I don’t envision starting point guard Davide Moretti coming off the floor that much this upcoming season. This kid might be a redshirt candidate this season, which will give him time to develop his game and will also give him another year to play for this program.
