Dadrion Taylor did not generate a lot of fanfare with his signing. A former Utah State commit, Taylor is undersized at 5’11, 170 pounds. Despite that and missing four games this past season, he finished with over 1500 yards on the ground.
His junior season he managed 9.2 yards per carry, an extremely impressive margin. His size is a concern and he has an injury history but the kid can ball.
He is an explosive athlete, with a lot of upside in the future. Give this kid a few years in a college weight room with professional diet specialists and he could turn into a beast.
I like players that come in with a chip on their shoulder and something to prove, keep your eyes peeled for Taylor to put on a show in the future at the Jones.
