AP top 25: A boring week two

Not much movement this week, but next week the season begins to take off.

With the call for more exciting primetime games early in the season, programs have gone out and made sure to schedule games against top notch opponents from the very start. However, this has instead made week two of the season the “cupcake week” of the season. Only two games between ranked teams this past week as both Stanford and Georgia impressed. With the amount of low level games this past week, we’ll see more excitemnt this upcoming weekend. Week three features three ranked matchups and seven ranked teams playing power conference teams, making the chances of multiple upsets very high. I’m already excited to see what next week’s rankings will look like, as for this week’s? Not much movement.
