Allen is the first Red Raider named to this preseason watch list since Pete Robertson in 2015. Allen was named to the preseason All-Big 12 team last week and will continue to accumulate preseason honors. Being on the watch list in the preseason is futile until you can prove it on the field and with 10 starters returning on defense, Allen has the tools in place to make this a season to remember.
