After a momentous 2017-18 Texas Tech basketball season which saw the the team reach the elite eight, four former Red Raiders have been given the opportunity to impress at the next level.
Zhaire Smith was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers after being drafted 16th overall. Keenan Evans recently signed a 2-way deal with the Detroit Pistons. All while Zach Smith and Tommy Hamilton IV signed summer league deals with the Atlanta Hawks and San Antonio Spurs respectively.
After watching their college careers, I’m sure I can speak for Raider Nation when I say we know success is ahead for these four gentlemen. However who’s destined to truly make their mark this summer?

Who will impress the most in the Summer League?
Looks like most of you went with the first round pick, Zhaire Smith. Zhaire will get plenty of opportunity with the 76ers as his coaches will want to give him every opportunity to succeed.
Keenan Evans is someone to keep an eye on in the summer. He’ll be given plenty of opportunity as well since he’s signed a deal with the actual team. Also Evans will be playing against the same players he scored well against the last few seasons. This should give him a great opportunity to truly impress.
