D1 baseball top 25: immobility

Despite a huge sweep, the Red Raiders didn’t move from their old position

Texas Tech won the last three games of their regular season in Stillwater, barring the Cowboys the conference title, but this didn’t impress the d1baseball.com staff, as they didn’t consider the Red Raiders worthy of a position improvement. Indeed, in the latest ranking, the team led by Tim Tadlock maintained its position no. 15.

In addition, adding insult to injury, the Red Raiders aren’t the best Big 12 team anymore, as Texas, that took advantage of the problems of the Cowboys by sweeping TCU, gained five spots and is now in position no. 12.
