The d1baseball.com ranking saw some important changes this week, as we find a new No. 1, a new top-10 team, and five changes in the top 25. After losing two games out of three to Utah (that started the series with a 4-19 record), Oregon State dropped to the fourth place, while Florida regained the top spot after three weeks after a big sweep over former No. 8 Vanderbilt.
The Commodores lost their top-10 position in favor of Indiana while Texas Tech, after its 2-1 week, gained two spots and is now ranked in seventh position. After being swept by Oklahoma State, TCU is no more in the ranking, but there’s a second Big 12 team that surged: Oklahoma swept Baylor and it gained the position no. 20.
