The Texas Tech Red Raiders faced the TCU Horned Frogs on Sunday afternoon in Fort Worth.
The Red Raiders struggled on the mound. The starting pitcher was John McMillon. He allowed four hits, four runs, and three walks. Jose Quezada took over in the second inning. He allowed two hits, two runs, and two walks.
After a TCU home run, Dylan Dusek entered to pitch for the Red Raiders. He allowed one hit, one run, and four walks. Ty Harpenau took over the mound in the sixth. In his only inning, he allowed one hit and one walk. Kurt Wilson entered to pitch in the seventh.
The first run of the night came from Grant Little with a single through left field that allowed Gabe Holt to score. Josh Jung hit his ninth home run of the season with an RBI homer to right field.
