The Red Raiders saw their second player drafted in the sixth round of the NFL draft, as senior wide receiver Dylan Cantrell was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers in the sixth round.

Earlier in the day, fellow wide receiver Keke Coutee was selected by the Houston Texans in the fourth round.

Cantrell was selected by another former Red Raider, as head coach Anthony was an All-Southwest Conference running back in 1990 for Texas Tech.
He joins an unit that in this moment isn’t particularly deep and he’ll have the possibility to show his abilities in a team that finished 2017 with a 9-7 record.
