D1 baseball top 25: like ants

Little step by little step, Texas Tech jumps to position No. 4

Another week is in the books and the Red Raiders gained another position in the d1baseball.com ranking: it’s the third consecutive time Texas Tech takes a single step, as it overtook Arkansas, that had a bad 1-3 week.

The ranking was particularly hectic, as every team except No. 1 Florida and No. 2 Stanford moved, there are three new entries, and four schools made their entrance into the top 10. The Big 12 is always represented by three teams, but there aren’t the Sooners anymore: after they were beaten by the Red Raiders in their series, they dropped from the ranking and were replayed by the conference leaders, the Cowboys of Oklahoma State.
