D1 baseball top 25: freefall

After a difficult week, the Red Raiders dropped again in the ranking

It wasn’t a lucky week for the baseball team: if splitting a series in Kentucky against No. 12 Louisville was a good result, losing the opening Big 12 series to Baylor was something unexpected that created some question marks about the real depth of the team.

Obviously, these losses affected the d1baseball.com weekly ranking, that sees the former No. 6 Red Raiders dropping four positions. The top three didn’t change and includes Oregon State, Florida, and Stanford, while there was only one new entry, Sam Houston State. It was another bad week for the Big 12, as also TCU lost a bunch of positions after going 1-3 in the last seven games.
