With the conference schedule going on, Texas Tech is showing its potential with a continuity that was unknown in recent times, as it had its nineteenth victory of the season, beating TCU in Fort Worth after a dominant performance.
With the home loss Kansas suffered against Oklahoma State, the Red Raiders are now tied for the first position in the Big 12, leading by one game over West Virginia and Oklahoma, that lost with Texas in the basketball version of the “Red River Rivalry”.
Unlike in past games, Keenan Evans was guarded with efficiency by TCU defenders, as he “only” scored 17 points, to which he added six assists, and four rebounds. The best scorer for Texas Tech was Lubbock-native freshman Jarrett Culver, with 20 points.
Here there are the highlights of the game and, as usual, there’s a lot of Zhaire Smith.
