The Red Raiders defeated the Kansas Jayhawks 48-16. We got to see a lot of offense, even after a slow start. There were a few guys who really stood out in the win on Saturday, so I couldn’t just choose one to receive the award.
QB Alan Bowman
The freshman came back this week after suffering a partially collapsed lung against West Virginia. Bowman played like the injury never happened and continued to show why he’s the starting quarterback. He completed 36 of 46 passes for 408 yards and three touchdowns. He also had one interception, but that really didn’t change anything thanks to the 806D. I’m glad to see Bowman is back and appears to be unfazed by his injury.
Welcome back, boys.

WR Antoine Wesley
Antoine Wesley had his third 100+ receiving yard game this season. He totaled 155 yards on nine receptions and a touchdown. His ability to make catches on throws that seem to be... well, uncatchable... is another reason that he is our Co-OPOTW.
Celebrate good times.
