Offensive player of the week: Antoine Wesley

The receiver didn’t play his best, but did enough to get this award for the second time.

NCAA Football: West Virginia at Texas Tech Michael C. Johnson-USA TODAY Sports

The junior out of Nevada didn’t play his best game, especially in the first half. Antoine Wesley dropped a few passes, which is completely unlike him. However, he made catches when it mattered, including an incredible catch to bring the Red Raiders to the three-yard line and come within one score of the Mountaineers. He totaled 110 yards on eight receptions and a touchdown, which makes him our offensive player of the week for a second time.
