Tournament Format

The top 8 teams are invited to Oklahoma City to battle in a double elimination tournament. The seeding for this year is as follows:

  1. Texas Tech
  2. TCU
  3. Oklahoma
  4. West Virginia
  5. Baylor
  6. Texas
  7. Kansas
  8. Oklahoma State

Tech, OSU, West Virgina, and Baylor will be on one side of the bracket and the other teams will be on the other side. Baylor and West Virginia start things off with a 9:00 first pitch followed by Tech-OSU at 12:30 pm. On the other side of the bracket, TCU will take on Kansas at 4:00 pm and Oklahoma-Texas will be at 7:30 pm. After the games today, tomorrow’s early games will involve the losing team of each pair of games in the elimination loser’s bracket. The later afternoon and evening games will be the teams that win today. If you get confused, head here to look at what should be an updated bracket. We’ll keep you updated below as games finish and the schedule is updated. All games will be broadcast on FCS, FSSW+, or a local FSN affiliate, and can be seen online on Fox Sports Go.
