Big XII Media Days attendees announced

Texas Tech will send several of its best to Fort Worth.

Thomas B. Shea-USA TODAY Sports

Big XII Media Days are almost upon us. While we won't be searching everything Kliff Kingsbury says to try and find a glimpse of who the starting quarterback is this year, it will be interested to listen to Kingsbury field some presumable questions about defensive depth, youth on the OL, JUCO transfers at wide receiver, and the arrests that plagued the offseason.

Also answering questions with Kliff Kingsbury will be offensive lineman Baylen Brown, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and defensive back Justis Nelson.

The 2016-2017 season is shaping up to be a deciding year for Texas Tech. Many questions we have about the defensive growth in the second year of the David Gibbs era will be answered. We'll get to see what Patrick Mahomes can do with a full offseason in football.

Football season is right around the corner. The last few months are agonizing, but we're so close.
