Once again, we have a Texas Tech track and field athlete headed to Rio. Bradley Adkins placed third in the high jump and punched his ticket to the Olympics.

Unfortunately, Trey Culver, Texas Tech's other ace high jumper, will not be joining Adkins at the Olympics.

Culver -- Only a sophomore out of Lubbock Coronado -- is a Big XII and NCAA champion. He and Adkins competing for the top spot all this year.
This makes two Texas Tech athletes in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics: Bradley Adkins and Gil Roberts
