Well, today is a strange day. It's April Fools, and Lubbock decided it would pull a prank on all of us by throwing us into January weather conditions. At the time of writing, it's rained a fair amount, and several snow flurries have hit the ground. These unnatural weather happenings have affected the series against Kansas State, scheduled to start today.

The first pitch on Saturday will happen at 1 PM, and the second game will begin at 5 PM or 45 minutes following the conclusion of the first game, per a Tech Athletics release.
If you bought a ticket for the game today, fear not, as that ticket will get you into the first game on Saturday. All three games will be live on Texas Tech TV and on the radio airwaves at the normal stations.
Softball and Tennis are proceeding as planned, with Tennis being moved indoors and the Lady Raiders playing at the Lubbock Country Club.
