Danny Amendola - WR (New England Patriots)
Danny, who has been used sparingly in the Patriots offense lately, only had 2 catches on 3 targets in this weeks victory over San Francisco, but he made the most of it.
Brady escapes the rush and finds @DannyAmendola in the end zone! #NEvsSF https://t.co/P0DdARkl6b

This was his 4th score of the season, a new high mark in his young career. Great job Danny.
Kerry Hyder - DE (Detroit Lions)
Kerry had another productive week, with 3 total tackles including 2 solo and 1 for a loss. This week, Emily Kaplan of MMQB and Sports Illustrated wrote an in-depth piece on Hyder’s journey to the NFL and to where he is with the Lions now. She talks about how he wanted to play for his hometown Horns but took an offer from Coach Leach when he was offered a scholarship on the spot. Kerry is a great role model for those who want to succeed in the NFL and shows that hard work yields results.
Other Red Raiders in Action
- Bradley Marquez (WR, ST - Los Angeles Rams) continues to make plays as part of the Rams #MobSquad, and made a great open field tackle to pin a returner deep
- DeAndre Washington and Michael Crabtree were quiet in the Raiders 27-20 victory over the Texans in Mexico City last night. Washington had 0 yards rushing on 1 carry, and had no receptions on just a single target. Crabtree had just 3 catches for 5 yards, but the Raiders are looking to be a strong team in the AFC, with an 8-2 record.
