Just when I thought we would have 11 AM kickoffs for the rest of the season, a 7 PM kickoff was announced for the Red Raider’s match-up with Oklahoma. This will be Baker Mayfield’s first return to Lubbock as a Sooner.

Mahomes’ Start on Saturday Brings Relief

Patrick Mahomes starting against Kansas State on Saturday brought a huge sigh of relief to a lot of fans. Although at times it seemed that his arm was not at 100 percent, he played the entire game. It looks like Mahomes is going to keep playing, barring another injury.
