New, comment

Everything that happened in the Tech athletics world this past week.

The official Texas Tech University YouTube account dropped a really sweet video on what it meant to be a Red Raider

Regardless of sports and all that it's pretty freaking sweet.

Tech baseball took a 10-2 win over ACU on Tuesday, and fell 2-1 to Oklahoma State in a hard fought series. This definitely isn't a loss that stings, as we played a heck of a game on Sunday.

Texas Tech Men's tennis lost to Texas by a hair, sending them home in the first round of the Big XII tournament. Women's tennis upset OSU to move onto the semifinals of the Big XII tournament.

Kliff Kingsbury was a part of the Big 12 Spring Teleconference which included all of the conference's head coaches. Kingsbury touched on several topics including a Big 12 Championship game and quarterback competitions. The full transcript is here if you want to read it.

Tech track went to the Drake Relays for the first time in the history of our program this week. The Red Raiders also sent several athletes to WTAMU to compete as well. We took home 12 event titles combined over the weekend. Our high jump duo put in work at the Drake relays, as usual, and Kole Weldon threw very well. You can read more about the week's relays here.

It's Monday, we're all a little bummed, so here's a video of Jakeem Grant being faster than most of the human race.
