The Lady Raiders (6-19, 0-14) take on the #12 Oklahoma State Cowgirls (20-5, 9-5) at the Unite Spirit Arena In Lubbock at 2:00pm CST.   This game will be the 54th meeting between the Lady Raiders and the Cowgirls. Tech leads the series 32-21. The Lady Raiders have not won a Big12 Conference game yet and they will have to play a hard fought game if they are to pull the upset today against the OSU Cowgirls.

I do not have a lot of time today to do this write-up so I will just say I am hoping that the improvement and the growth of this team is very visible in the last few games and I am hopeful it all comes together for the Lady Raiders today and they get the win.

On a side note:  Five of the Lady Raiders were named to the All-Big12 Academic Team

Congratulations to redshirt freshman Minta Spears, sophomore Kellyn Schneider, junior transfer Audrisa Harrison and senior Haley Schneider for earning First Team honors for the first time and also to senior Shauntal Nobles, who earned a Second Team selection for the fourth consecutive year.
