This just wasn't supposed to happen.
Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury kept telling you that Texas Tech hadn't played their best game. It just hadn't happened. Arizona St. was favored by 14 points and it really wasn't supposed to be that close, but the Texas Tech Red Raiders upset the #14 Arizona St. Sun Devils, 37-23.
Davis Webb was spectacular in the first half, as was TE Jace Amaro. It was reported during the game, by Joe Schad, that Amaro would declare for the NFL draft. We wish you well. and you will do well
I kept reading in the comments that this game was over, depending on who started at quarterback, almost making it sound like there really wasn't a point. That's the funny thing about football, sometimes those bounces go your way and sometimes they don't.
The Texas Tech defense wasn't supposed to be able to hold the Arizona St. offense and the defense was supposed to be stellar.
Congrats to this team. Congrats to the seniors. Congrats to Coach Kingsbury.
Let's do it Big Phill
