1.  Scout.com: Mervyn Lindsay Profile and Mervyn Lindsay 2011 Basketball Recruiting Profile - ESPN | I'm sure there weren't a ton of people reading to the last paragraph of the Recruiting on the South Plains post on Kader Tapsoba, but I had this little bit on Thursday of last week:

I've been picking some things off of Twitter recently and there's a guard/forward in California that may be close to receiving an offer, Merv Lindsay (6-5/188).  Again, this is just based off of some things I've picked up on Twitter and so please take all of this with a grain of salt.  And if you're curious, here's his Scout profile, ESPN profile and YouTubery.  I can't find a Rivals profile and he doesn't appear to have any offers.

Well, apparently, offer was given and the letter of intent was signed yesterday as Lindsay's Scout and ESPN profiles both say that he's committed to Texas Tech.  If you want to watch Lindsay, check out the YouTube link above or check out his ESPN profile.   This morning, I also found a YouTube clip where Lindsay was interviewed and he sounds like a good kid who knows what he needs to work on as far as his game is concerned.
