FRIDAY Prediction Time

Make your prediction for the game. What will happen, who will lead the offense and the defense and predict the final score.

Synopsis of the Game | I can't escape that I think this game is going to be a game dominated by the defense. I'm not sold that both the offenses are truly on track and I think that UT will hedge their bets, play it close to the vest offensively and try to let the defense win the game for them. I'm also guessing that Texas Tech tries to do the same thing, but I think they'll try a little bit more offensively. I've picked my two MVP's below and this is more of a case of who I think will need to have huge games for Texas Tech to be successful.

Offensive MVP | RB Eric Stephens

Defensive MVP | ILB Bront Bird

Final Score | Texas Longhorns 23, Texas Tech Red Raiders 24
