Keys to the Game:

  1. Get To The Line: Jeff Walker touched on this earlier this morning, but the Red Raiders have got to get to the line and get that ISU frontcourt in some foul trouble. I also would like to think that if Roberson and Burgess can push the ball, that provides a little more opportunity for easy fouls and easy buckets. I would imagine that Roberson has learned from Wednesday's game with Colorado that he's got to take care of the ball and make sure that he and his teammates get to the line.
  2. Big Frontcourt: ISU has some decent sized players and although I've projected Singletary to start, I wonder how effective or how long he'll play. I'm not too confident in Singletary's outside shot so I'm not sure if he's going to be able to take Brackins outside to take advantage of his quickness. I'd expect to see quite a bit of Rizvic and Cook today to match-up with the Cyclones and if they play then they need to also be opportunistic on the offensive end of the floor.
  3. Feed Voskuil: The best way to open up a frontcourt is to hit some outside shots and there aren't many that are currently hitting like Voskuil. He's been somewhat invigororated playing under PK, much more assertive, and he's been a joy to watch. Things get much easier for everyone if Voskuil is making his outside shots so his teammates need to continue to set him up.
