With the hiring of former Cibolo Steele head coach Mike Jinks to be the running backs coach for Texas Tech, the Red Raiders now have a commitment from Steele's 2014 running back Justin Stockton.
According to Justin Stockton's own Twitter (which I won't link to, but you can find it you want, just don't Tweet at him or congratulate him because that is not appropriate unless you are in high school) account, he's committed to Texas Tech:
Steele junior RB Justin Stockton committed to Texas Tech this morning, a week after former Steele coach Mike Jinks became Tech RBs coach.

I haven't been able to find much film, but here is a link where you can watch some video of Steele. He's #4 on the field, but #1 in your hearts.
Not a huge back, but a ton of speed. I don't have time to do the full research, but apparently Stockton has speed to burn. He had only been offered by Boise St., but it's still incredibly early in the process. You can also check out all of his stats at MaxPreps.
