I'm not sure If I'm qualified for this job, but a man has to take chances if he wants to succeed. With proper training I'm sure I could grasp the difficult aspects, like making sure my neighbors are reliable or packaging multiple items. At the end of the day I'm getting paid to receive random packages. What could go wrong? Here's the offer I just received via my personal electronic workspace for correspondence: SHOPPINGATUS, INC. is offering you to consider a position of Operational Manager with us. WORK PROCESS: Each new employee is provided with a control panel, personal electronic workspace for correspondence with supervisor, monitoring new orders, tracking updates, etc. An employee is required to login to the control panel several times a day (Monday through Friday).Example: you login to your control panel on a certain day and see that a mail item is going to be delivered to you. If you already have primary full-time occupation and you would be unable to accept the item on mentioned day, you could leave a note on your door for delivery agents to see that they can leave the item with your neighbors (we advise you to first make sure that your neighbors are good and reliable people because you are wholly responsible for receiving each package shipped to you). In case you are at home, you receive the delivered item personally and sign for it (required). Next step is that you scan all the paperwork you find inside. 1) Unwrap/open up the package; 2) Scan the invoice from the store specifying quantity of items and their price and remove all papers from the package; 3) Fill in the reception form (its template will be provided) with required information, sign it and scan; 4) Upload the scanned documents (the invoice from the store and the reception form) to your control panel. Now your supervisor can see that you have received the item and will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for further processing of the item you have received/picked up. You are supposed to print the label, go to post office, give the post office clerk the goods in their original packaging as well as the printed prepaid label. Sometimes several items would have to be combined and shipped together. In such a case you will be asked to pack the items into a box, secure the box with sufficient amount of packing tape to ensure that it safely arrives to its destination and ship the package out. Expenses: box - $3, packing material - 2$. Total - $5 (will be added to your salary as reimbursement). If a package is heavy or there are too many of them to handle on a particular day, you could always order pick up from USPS/FedEx. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE. WE WILL EITHER CORRESPOND ELECTRONICALLY OR CONNECT WITH YOU VIA HUMAN VOICE AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION. Sincerely, HR Department SHOPPINGATUS, INC
