Former Okie Light star and Crabtree wannabe blew 3 times the legal limit
There are a few things that stick out to me. First off, this is not the first time this has happened. He was stopped on Stemmons Freeway in Dallas for doing 80 in a 65 and had a DUI filed against him. Was told by most that he should not be given a harsh sentence since it was "just a one time deal, he wont do it again, hes a good kid." Nah, hes not obviously. He has some lessons to learn obviously about growing up but what gets me riled up is that this kid is 22, could make 20 million dollars, I dont think he has learned his lesson. Hedgehog Gundy suspended him for one game, and this leads me to another thing. Say what you will about Tuberville's team performance, there seems to be no shortage of discipline. Daniels kicked off the team. Will Ford kicked off the team. Scott Smith, now in the NFL, suspended for half a year. And how does the rest of the Big 12-2-2+2 act? Briles suspends a Josh Gordon for pot smoking for ONE QUARTER and he catches a TD against and has 100 yards receiving. Gundy suspends Blackmon for one game. Don't get me started on the joke punishments that Mack Brown deals out. I wonder how Patterson is going to handle the rest of this drug thing at TCWho. Tuberville is very good about dishing out punishment that fits the crime, literally and figuratively even if they are some of the best players, which unfortunantly for us, has happened quite often.
