I found this article and I found it quite interesting that Texas Tech has spent more money on recruiting than any other team in the Big 12 for the past two seasons. Interestingly enough, it is not even close. Doulbe T clearly has the backing of the administration, which is a good thing, right.

The question is are we getting what we are paying for. Since we out spend Texas and OU in recruiting, does this mean that Doulbe T is really a good recruiter, or does this simply mean that dollars get you a top 25 recruiting class.
