After reading comments on another fanpost (hat tip Zitbass & Noah Lot)....

I thought it would be interesting to give our game-by-game predictions of the 2012 Football season. Instead of a simple win or loss prediction we can also place games into categories of “Will Win”, “Likely Win”, “Toss up (might win)”. We can also point out our predictions for pivotal games in the season or “must win” games, etc. etc…. I am not counting bowl games in this discussion

Here is the schedule in chronological order ( without dates)

Northwestern State, Texas State, New Mexico, Bye Week, ISU, OU, WVU, TCU, KSU, UT, KU, OSU, BU

Here are my game-by-game predictions

NWSU – Will Win,

TSU- Will Win,

NMU- Will Win,

Bye –

ISU- likely win- a must win game, THE PIVOTAL GAME of our season

OU- Toss up – if we the week before and have momentum- it is possible to win

WVU- Toss up – see the comments on previous game

TCU – likely win –though we may blow this one

KSU- Toss up – it’s a toss up

UT- Toss up – its been 4 years since we did it… it would be nice though

KU – Will win

OSU- Toss up -

BU – likely win

Win loss prediction and final thoughts- optimistically I say 8-4, this is with us winning the games we should win and winning one of the toss up games. 7-5 is with us winning only the games we should win. As we know with every season there are likely to be some surprises but these usually go both ways… Upon further evaluation this schedule is looking harder than previous imagined. The stretch after the ISU game from OU to UT is tough… has to be one of the roughest patches for any BCS football team in the country. This makes the ISU game, IMO, the most important game of the year.. it was our downfall last year and they have owned us of late. Winning this game will get the monkey off our back as we go into the toughest part of our schedule. Losing this game… well losing would be that we our who they said we are… mediocre and cellar dwelling in the big 12… Let’s hope this is not the case!
