Apparently there is a hostage situation on the corner of 82nd & Quaker at Citibank. Anybody in the area is advised to stay away from the scene. The roads in the area are shut down and the Lubbock SWAT Team has been deployed.
Quaker is blocked off all the way through town from what I've been told. From 82nd all the way to the Loop. Does anybody have a clue as to what is going on?
